PersonalProfile: Wei Huang (Member, IEEE) received the B.Eng. degree in electronic information science and technology from Wuhan University,Wuhan, China, in 2014, and Ph.D. degree in communication and information system with the School of Electronic Information of Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2021. He is currently a lecturer/postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Information Science and Engineering, Ocean University of China. He served as a TPC member of the GLOBECOM 2024 Workshop - ISCEI (Integrated Sensing and Communications for Edge Intelligence). His current research interests include underwater sound speed profile inversion, underwater acoustic communication systems, and underwater acoustic localization.
